Boil Potato Cubes (with a pinch of salt) until reasonably soft (but hard enough to not fall to bits).
Heat frying pan on high. Add a couple of tablespoons of Olive oil and add all the spices and stir fry for about a minute or until quite fragrant. Whack in the spuds and stir fry until spice is distribute completely over cubes and they begin to take on a golden appearance.
Transfer to a well greased (use OIlive Oil) tray and back on 220C for 30-40 minutes (or until golden and crispy and mmmmm).
Mix the yoghurt and lime juice together and serve as a dip (actually better drizzled over a decent serving of cubes)
